It's really looking impressive! One recommendation: If a feature is so "advanced" (read: "dangerous"), you might consider releasing a beta. It occurs because the permissions on the theme directory are not set so that the Webserver process can write there. Most likely the theme directory needs to be made group writable via the chmod command (chmod 664 theme-directory).
