		<description>Instead of WP-Cache2, I highly recommend using WP-Super-Cache instead. WP-Cache is old and not kept up to date anymore, whereas WP-Super-Cache is. Also, it incorporates all the caching benefits of WP-Cache, plus the &quot;super cache&quot; mode that really helps reduce load on your site.

And yes, the Automatic Timezone plugin will indeed fix your problem with DST. I should know, I wrote it. :)</description>
